返品・不良品・キャンセルについて

【お客様都合による返品・交換】

お客様のご都合（イメージと違う、サイズが合わない等）による返品・交換は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、未使用・未開封の状態で、かつ商品タグ等が切り離されていない商品のみお受けいたします。その際の送料および返金手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。

【不良品・ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合】

商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。速やかに交換・返品の対応をさせていただきます。この場合の送料は当店が負担いたします。

【返品をお受けできない場合】

・商品到着から7日以上経過した商品

・一度ご使用になられた商品

・お客様のもとでキズや汚れが生じた商品

・商品タグ、ラベル、付属品等を紛失

・破損された商品

・セール対象品、その他商品ページに「返品不可」と記載のある商品
