■ 返品について

商品到着後15日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります。 以下の条件を満たす必要があります：

- 届いたときと同じ状態であること
- 元のパッケージに入っていること

■ 不良品・誤配送について
破損・不良・注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後すぐにご連絡ください。確認のうえ、迅速に対応いたします。
■ 返品できない商品
以下の商品は返品をお受けできません：
- セール商品
- 予約品・オーダー商品
■ 交換について

■ 返金について
返品商品の確認後、返金可否をご連絡します。 承認された場合、5〜10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金されます。 返金が反映されない場合は info@85-store.com までお問い合わせください。
■ EUのお客様へ（撤回権について）
EU在住のお客様は、注文の最後の商品を受け取った日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります（EU消費者権利指令に基づく撤回権）。返品期間は週末・祝日を含めて計算されます。 返品・キャンセルはログイン不要でセルフサービス返品フォームからお手続きいただけます。

■ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
■ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Pre-orders and made-to-order items
■ Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

■ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@85-store.com.
■ For EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
