配送ポリシー

■ 配送方法

当ショップでは、日本郵便の以下の配送方法を利用しています：

  • ゆうパック

  • ゆうパケット

商品に合わせて、ソフトパッケージ または 段ボール箱 を使用します。

■ 配送料

  • 10,000円以上のご購入で送料無料

  • 10,000円未満の場合は、一律500円の送料を頂きます。

■ 発送までの日数

  • ご注文受付後、原則翌営業日に発送手配 を行います。

  • 土日祝を除く営業日の発送となります。

※混雑状況・天候・配送会社の状況により、通常より時間がかかる場合があります。

■ 配送状況の確認

発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせします。
ゆうパック・ゆうパケットともに配送状況をご確認いただけます。

Shipping Policy (United States)

■ Shipping Methods

We ship all international orders via Japan Post using the following services:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • International Parcel Post (SAL / Air)

Items are carefully packed in soft packaging or cardboard boxes depending on the product.

■ Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of ¥3,000 (JPY) applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

■ Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

Please note that during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or carrier delays, shipping may take longer than usual.

■ Estimated Delivery Time

  • EMS: approximately 5–10 business days
  • International Parcel (SAL/Air): approximately 2–4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.

■ Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through Japan Post's website or your local postal service.

■ Customs & Duties

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the United States. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
